libkf5windowsystem5 software package provides Convenience access to certain properties and features of the window manager, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libkf5windowsystem5
libkf5windowsystem5 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libkf5windowsystem5 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libkf5windowsystem5 *
You will get with libkf5windowsystem5 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
